Lantack ICT & Telecom is a business Managed Service Provider (MSP) in the Netherlands and abroad, in the field of ICT services. At Lantack we value long-term relationships with our customers & we work in an environment without boss, managers and targets. Does that still exist and does it work? In addition, we advise our customers on various IT issues and we offer tailor-made support. Lantack has a broad portfolio of products & services, such as Microsoft 365 solutions, Microsoft Azure solutions, (Cloud) VoIP solutions, Managed network management, network security, system management, application management, Hyper-Converged solutions, Windows Server migrations, Cloud migrations, hardware & software deliveries and much more!

What does the job involve?

You are the first point of contact for all our customers. You provide support to our customers in the field of IT. In addition, you like to follow trends and developments within our field (IoT, Cloud solutions, etc.) and you think along about growth plans to ensure that the ICT solutions connect with the customer in the future.

Wat ga je doen? 🛠️

  • Je gaat meewerken aan het oplossen van problemen die onze klanten melden;
  • Je gaat meewerken aan het correct & tijdig implementeren van changes;
  • Je gaat meewerken aan het implementeren van onze Carefree ICT projecten;
  • Je biedt operationele ondersteuning van hard- en software aan onze klanten en/of leveranciers;
  • Je documenteert en administreert je werkzaamheden netjes in ons ticketsysteem;
  • Je gaat licenties van klanten beheren (en helaas hoort het erbij, maar af en toe ook controleren).

Wat vragen wij? 📋

  • You have at least a level 4 MBO IT diploma.
  • Je bent communicatief zeer sterk en hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse & Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent zeer klantgericht en je hebt een analytisch vermogen.
  • You enjoy talking to our customers (by telephone) and supporting them in the field of ICT.
  • Je beschikt over (basis) kennis van SaaS-oplossingen, netwerkcomponenten & algemene (Cloud) ICT begrippen.
  • Je bent bekend met minimaal Microsoft 365, Windows 10, MacOS Big Sur (pré) & Windows Server 2016.
  • Je bent bekend met de verschillende Microsoft 365 applicaties, waaronder Microsoft Teams.
  • Je bent bekend met VoIP-oplossingen, zoals bijvoorbeeld 3CX en Microsoft Teams*.
  • Je bent collegiaal, zelfstandig, flexibel, een teamspeler & stressbestendig.
  • You are very eager to learn and you follow the latest developments closely.
  • Je wilt onze klanten, net als wij, een carefree ervaring bieden.
